How long will it take for the new Go To Travel? Assuming this is before the Golden Week

During busy seasons like spring break and Golden Week, however, it is standard practice to specify exclusion days.
The maximum discount percentage is 20%, and the maximum discount amount is 8,000 yen with a 3,000 yen regional coupon. The policy is to set the discount rate flexibly based on the region’s actual conditions.
What is the “vaccine / test package” that will be utilized in Go To 2.0?
A “vaccine / test package” is a system that employs vaccination and negative certification to demonstrate that there is a low risk of infection with the new coronavirus. With the introduction of the “Vaccine / Test Package”, persons who have been vaccinated or who have a negative certificate will not be subject to the request for self-restraint as a country, such as business travels and journeys that cross prefectural boundaries.
